As a Game Programmer on The Pub Life Simulator, I have contributed to the development of core gameplay systems using a hybrid approach with Blueprint and C++. My responsibilities include resolving bugs, implementing new features (such as the Cleaning and Tutorial Systems), and working across key areas like AI, localization, UI, and save/load functionality.

I have enhanced NPC behavior using Behavior Trees along with custom task nodes to support dynamic and context-aware decision-making. To improve runtime performance and scalability, I implemented Object Pooling for NPCs, reducing overhead and improving memory efficiency. Additionally, I used Data Tables for managing configurable game data and worked on material programming to enable responsive visual feedback.

My overall focus is on creating performant, maintainable systems that support an immersive player experience. The game is currently available in Early Access on Steam and continues to receive regular content updates.
